SaydiScribe processes the audio and video you upload only for the purpose of producing the transcript you requested. Uploads are encrypted in transit.

Source files and generated transcripts are deleted from our servers automatically once processing finishes and you have downloaded the result.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your uploads to train machine-learning models. Aggregated, non-identifying usage metrics may be retained to improve reliability.
